Default clutch problem

I have an 88 dx hatch with jdm b16 and ls cable tranny....Ok so this is hella ****en weird, so my clutch went out a 3 weeks ago, with no signs of slippage or anythings, so when I went to replace it, I came to find out somewthing was really wrong cuz there were chunks of my clutch disc everywhere in ther bell housing, and the side of disc that makes contact with pressure plate was down to metal, there was hella clutch shavings everywhere. So I replaced it with new one 2 wweeks ago and my car ran good, and clutch felt good, today my clutch went out again. Doesn't make sense why, I haven't taken it apart to see if the samething happened, but what could cause this? Clutch cable being too tight? Too loose? Now installing correctly? The transmission? Help please

I'm assuming you're using an organic clutch and driving the car hard?

No I don't drive it hard, and idk if its. Organic, but I bought from autozone, but check this out too, 3 days ago my wheels would want to spin hard to the left on freeway, it was so hard that I could barely hold on to steering wheel. So when I pulled over and just turned wheel to left it was fine. Then today before clutch went out, when I was just driving at like 20 mph, it was doing it worse then ever, I pulled over and messed with it again, and then when I drove at like 65 still doing it real bad that if let go wheels would have turned hard to left, when I started to slow down to come to a stop when I was at like at 3mph I let go of the steering wheel and the steering wheel. Turned a complete 180 degrees. One of my friends said my tranny could be binding, so maybe now differential isn't turning axles and maybe clutch is still good, idk do u think the problem is related?
