Default Type R mileage roll call

Whats your mileage, and mods?

CW 98-898 has ~166K on the clock.
Only mods are K&N filter, DC sports 4-2-1 stainless headers (1 piece), and Apex-i world sport exhaust. Motor internals are stock and all original.

Car is only on second set of brake pads and rotors, the 4th set of tires, and on its 2nd clutch. Had to drop oil pan recently to re-gasket it, and possibly changing out the starter due to starting issues.

All in all, its been a great car, just waiting till the motor goes out then time for a rebuild.

Wonder who has the highest mileage on an all original motor?

Cheers!

Little over 32k here on my '01. Boner stock!

Got one on the registry with 200 miles and one with 296,000 miles. Quite the range. Both are 98's.

Tyrant I noticed that on the registry the Candian cars are listed as having higher mileage than they actually have. You should specify on there that Canadian cars are in kms and show the formula for calculating it. For example my car really only has 90k miles (148k kms) but is listed on there as having 148k miles. Feel free to grab one of my pics and post it up there too if you like.

My 2000 py itr just passed 111,111 a couple days ago.

Half it's life it was turbo'd but now it's pretty much stock with AEM intake and JDM header/exhaust. It's clean titled, driven daily, and for the last 9 months since I moved it doesn't have a garage anymore. I've given up on being paranoid if my car gets stolen and I've been spared so far (knocks on wood). Cheers to another 111,111 miles.

Most people don't specify when they have kms or miles... there are a few listed that mentioned it though. There are also alot of US R's in Canada and Canadian R's in the US. You can assume that any CW 2001 is in km, and same with all 99's. It's also safe to assume all the other domestic markets have kms too.

Do you have a picture thread?

srt4mike carefully places GTFO bomb. He runs away to work quickly to avoid ITR thread insta-flame.
