Default 89 integra motor

would it be worth it to swap my d15 to an 89 integra motor i think its a 1.6 DOHC. something like the b16. i know its an obd0 but i can get the jumper harness and all for cheap to change it to obd1. im getting the whole car for pretty cheap, motor and all. another thing i was thinking of doing is getting it running and sell it for more. just want to know if anyone else has done this or have any inputs? thanks

The 89 teg motor was like a DOHC d16 i believe but I'm not 100%. Basically its a early LS motor. Might as well just do a b18a1 swap, its easier and more power. I'd get the car running, clean it up and sell it if you can get it cheap.

i agree, stay away from the single cam, unless your going to keep it and put hundreds of thousands of miles on it.
