RB25+2dr Accord? :D
OK SO I wanna do some crazy *** project BUT I know ECONOMICLY this is just pure stupidity but hey I got the patience to save the cash, and no I wouldnt be doing the swap or mods myself Ill have to pay for the labor too, SO Im look at a price for a complete package for the rb25 and the mods I would need to actually fit that beast in such a tiny car. (Note: dont say its not possible, Iv seen a Nissan Silvia rolling with a corvette engine)
putting the vette in the silvia.. the silvia is already RWD.
would be an unbelievable amount of money in fab alone
everyone you see doing it themselves it able to weld it themselves.

well, there has been a rwd crx with the s2000 drivetrain, there has been an awd civic actually released from honda of japan(very rare) utilizing the crv drivetrain, and others. the problem you will have that come to mind are mounts, ahifter/shifter cable, drive shaft length, rear end mounting, and rear axle lengths being the right size.
my guess, it's going to cost more to pay someone to modify an accord to fit this drivetrain in than it would to buy a silvia outright and ready to drive.
if you're a tinkerer and you like to spend your time in the garage hacking things up and welding them back together, i'm all for the idea of trying something like this. i'd love to see the end product. but i don't see how the end product can justify the expense. (end product being a poorly balanced car with the wrong suspension, a hollowed dash and half the trunk space.)
i could go on about the drawbacks and cons of doing this, but i think i've made my point.

it is a lot of work but someone on here a few years ago swapped a prelude to rwd and was going to put an ls1 in it but he never finished it. on a different note, some one on team-integra build a mid engine h22 integra. anything is possible but you have to spend a ton of time preparing everything before you start ripping things apart
Of course anything is possible. However, putting a Corvette motor into a RWD Nissan is vastly less complicated than putting a RB25 [and the rest of its RWD drivetrain] into a FWD Honda.
There's nothing wrong with wanting to do a "crazy *** project", but a project as complicated as this one, combined with paying someone else to do all the labor, gives me the impression that you haven't really thought this one through. Unless you reconsider doing the labor yourself, or unless you somehow fall into a very large inheritance, you might want to leave this project up to someone else.

yeah man if it is something you really want to do then go for it! don't let anyone sway you from it. but remember to prepare for it and allow lots of time for it
