Hey guys I have an 06 rsx type s, its throwing a map sensor high voltage code. I replaced the map sensor and It still wont rev over 3k. I have checked everywhere online and cant find the anwser! I also had a ait code and I replaced that and its fine. So can someone PLEASE HELP ME!

I work at a shop and we cant figure it out thats why Im asking you guys.. The car is in limp mode but I cant figure excatly why. Car is hooked to a snap on scanner now and its saying Map sensor high voltage, I replaced it and it still doing it.


DOES ANYONE HAVE A VACUUM DIAGRAM FOR THE FUEL PRESSURE REG?

 

this may sound stupid, but did you reset the ecu..or pull the battery?

Yeah the scanner automaticaly does it for me and I did it myself. Any other ideas guys? Im really in a bind here.

 

Also guys my map sensor is pulling 4.98 volts, I dont think its suppose to pull that much.

 

Also the car runs the same even with the tps unhooked.

 

ok so I can stick a jumper wire in the map sensor plug and the light goes off but wont start?

 

Any Ideas?
