You can still put coilovers, but i would recommended getting some new axles. Dont get autozone axles tho, i would get some from kragen, or napa.

I would say to fix what is broken before you upgrade your suspension, just due to the mechanics of the axels not working at optimum performance it might affect the life of your new coilovers. You could install them without a problem however, it's just a good reccomendation to fix the axle first.

 

like what they said... axles first, then put the coilovers.

 

get the napa axle ones... have my for over 2 years giving them a pounding no problems so far...
