It looks like its cut out joe, I think you are just seeing the bottom of the tube as it bends and its throwing it off . . Or maybe its the large Glob of a weld thats making it look like that . . .
Although in the last pic, doesnt it look like the right WG flange is not welded on the side closest to the other WG flange ?
