because u dont want the O2 or wideband on the manifold
u want it right after the turbo, the heat and back pressure present on the manifold prior to the turbo can give bad readings, plus it will destroy the sensor in no time

i'd try it if they made one for the d-series. I was actually shopping for a cheap manifold yesterday.

yes, but the ebay auction says it has an o2 bung.

Re: (allblackgsrt)
I love how OBX doesn't actually know how anything works, just copies it and puts it out there. Gee, I wonder if the knock off's are reliable?????
I designed a trojan horse defect into the latest generation of Missing Link and they knocked it off like a charm and the OBX copies don't work for shizzle.

Looks like crap to me. The inside of the collector is not welded at all and the head flange is not even welded all the way on. I bet it will crack over time.

Re: (EdsGTI)
he welds all the way around the inside of the head flange, but not the outside because if it cracks the whole thing will crack. An old trick from a tank welder he knows. The collector it just the angle it is at. Look closer. Plus lifetime warranty, but I haven't had any problems with mine

Please read what you typed. you're just going into more detail about my question.
I know that you want it after the turbo, around 14-16 inches after it I believe.

Re: new obx manifold looks alot cleaner but would still never buy (allblackgsrt)
hey guys, sorry to disappoint, but that picture isnt of an OBX manifold. It's one of OUR earlier hand-welded manifolds.
OBX bought three manifolds (B sereis/tial 40, 4G63/tial40, F20C/tial46) from us. They took pictures of them, put the pictures in their catalogs, and people put the pics on ebay.
