My K series Mil-Spec Harness..
This took me along time to build, LOTS of research on how to do it right..
but Finally DONE!!
All i have to do now is check EVERY wire, make sure everything is 100% and plug her back in

Everything Neatly Labeled:

Sorry i dont mean to be a dick but dont PM me asking me where/how i did it.. this took me a lot of time to do
installed it tonight....

Pic of the car incase you're wondering...

wow i think this trend is so stupid. I work on F/A18 aircraft which has the milspec wires and they a constantly braking/ lossing connection. Plus have fun tracing down wires if you read out the wrong ones.
kind of a bad comparison don't you think? harnesses in an F18 are at least 2 decades old...of course they're going to have problems now. I doubt the OP will be tracing wires in this small harness (in comparison to acft harnesses) in 20 years.
yah im not happy with them there, it was first time bending ever, im going to redo them this winter with some better material, and chrome the brake m/c
every pin is tracked(wire colour/function) and every plug is labelled, multimeter's never lie with a continuity check ;-)
Im using a different "mil-spec" connector then them thou, mine is soldering pins, there is a crimp style
mine is a lot more labour intensive, but i dont have to buy the 300 special crimpers
I know this thread is old but can someone comfirm a couple things for my harness build. Is the ab and e connectors just obd 1 ecu connectors. And second what is the other random wire for?
The engine is a K-series. Its OBD2, and the harness is plugged in to a K-series ECU. The remaining yellow wire may be for the Oxygen Sensor input.
