Default Tire measurement question (really important and need answer ASAP)

So I got my tires looked at, and as I suspected, they're screwed. Bald and there's a leak in one that's unfixable. So unfortunately, my broke *** needs to buy new tires. The tire size that's on my car right now is 205/45 R16 83W. I keep forgetting what all these measurements are, but I know 16 is the diameter, what does the R mean? The tires I'm looking to buy are BFGoodrich g-Force Super Sport A/S Blackwall tires:

The measurement on those are 205/45 ZR16 87W.

First off, what's the difference between R16 and ZR16 and will it fit on my Integra?
Second, I'm guessing the 87W has to do with tread? I'm not sure. Will the new tires fit with 87W even though the tires currently on it are 83W?

I need to order them soon.
Thanks for the help.

But I MUST find the hardest way of finding these things out. It's in my blood or something, I was thinking about calling someone to find a number of someone who MIGHT know (even though I'm sure plenty of my friends know... haha).

anyway, thanks for the link.

16 is the wheel diameter in inches, measured at the bead (the part of the wheel where the inner edge of the tire sits).

205 is the tread width in millimeters.

45 is the "aspect ratio" and tells how tall the sidewall is as a percentage of the tread width. On a 205/45-16 tire, the height of the sidewall is 205 * 45 = 92.25 mm.

All measurements are approximate.

The R means it's a radial tire. The Z in ZR is a speed rating. Any higher-performance tires will probably have a speed rating that's more than adequate for your Integra.

The 83W and 87W are weight ratings. Again, any higher-performance tires will probably have a weight rating that's more than adequate for your Integra.

The BFGoodrich g-Force Super Sport A/S is a very good all-season tire, which means it's a good choice for those who use the same tires in snow and frigid cold during the winter as in moderate to warm temperatures during the rest of the year. That tire in 205/45-16 will be fine for your car, if you want all-seasons. Those who have a separate set of winter tires, or who live in areas that don't experience winter weather, are often better off with summer tires, which offer better performance than all-seasons in moderate to warm temperatures, but are not suitable for use in snow or bitter cold.
