I think they stole the whole damn harness cuz I rewired with a new plug from crutchfield... this plug that i tried using was taped to something else on the left of where stereo goes, like near steering wheel or something. am I missisng an entire harness altogether? I triple checked my wiring was right check out my pix and tell me if its the correct plug & if its not where I can get one Please! thank you in advance.

 

Is it for your 2000 Civic? Check the wire coloring on the harness to the civic wire schematics.

 

i think it should be the white one off to the side.
mine was white and looked bigger, then the one he has there,

check the colors from the crutch feild to the white and blue harness and see which one it is,... i highly doubt your missing it cause its all one harness.

 

Wow, you're lucky they didn't cut your harness, otherwise you'd have to hard-rewire the new radio harness.
METRA has a great dual harness setup that is plug and play for most aftermarket radios. Check out what Best Buy or Circiut City has to offer, they carry Metra products.

This is for a 2000 civic its the blue on the others go to the climate control & I checked wiring 3 times

Since you are in California, if there is a Fry's electronics near you, they may have some metra items.

is there possibly a harness I am missing that whoever jacked my car took? cuz like I said before the blue plug (2nd) was taped to other wires over by the steering wheel (far rightside of the steering wheel) it was pulled through by the jackers...

 

Did you have volume control on your steering wheel?

 

No, I had a completely stock 2000 civic ex the only mod was the system-stereo & speakers.
