JDM H22a - need advice on how to get more rev and hp
I have a 96 prelude and I have the factory header with a nopi brand catback and AEM cold are intake and ecu tune. I was just wondering what parts i should start to gather to get more rev and hp. I am wanting to be n/a, but i am probably going to run a 50-75hp wet shot. I would just like some direction from the intelligent minds on here.

to juice it in stock form. I added a stage 1 cam, springs and new design lma's before juicing it. I only run a 30 wet shot. no need for overkill, internals are still stock.
I was wanting to know what internals i should look into that would let me rev on out to atleast like 8000. There is another guy on here using F series parts to do that with but i didnt know if that would work well with the nitrous. And i wouldnt spray anything less than 50 shot cuz it wouldnt be worth it. I had a acura cl with the J30 and i had a 220 shot on it and sprayed it almost daily for like a year. lol (i was young and dumb)
you cannot put forged internals into the hseries blocks. mahle gold series pistons are the only ones that will work. The frm sleeves do not expand like a forged piston does so you have to keep to cast pistons. my stock h22 makes power to 8200rpm stock bottom end.

so a bone stock h22a can rev out to 8200 as long as the ecu allows it? And also, i have reading a lot on here and i want some boost. (lol) but i been debating on supercharger or turbo, but since the h22a has 10.8-1 cr wouldnt the supercharger be the best for how the engine is now? cuz i heard superchargers love high compression. and i figured i would see good results for cheaper than the turbo from the supercharger considering its a DD car and it wont ever see over 300 whp anyway. cuz i know turbos have the ability to make more power than the SC if u spend the money on internals to handle it, but since im running OEM internal and want good power for not a lot of money i was leaning towards the supercharger. I am also leaning towards the SC cuz i doubt im boosting higher than 6-8 lbs, and no matter if the boost is from SC or turbo 6-8 lbs is 6-8 lbs. and being the same would SC be better cuz u have the boost w/o having to spool???
Bigger cams will give you more power higher up in the powerband. However, you should get engine management to have them tuned, which will also allow you to change your fuel cut.
