ok first of alll a 1986 prelude 1.8 motor with a 166k it is not the si :<( whats it worth???? with the tranny with it????? what you think it's worth??? and next will that go in my 1gen 1986 crx si if so would it be worth it??? and how much custom stuff whould i have to do if any ???? o and if any dudes have somthing really close to this setup what do u run???? i am just thinking cuss i am some day going to put the best i can get under that hood!!! and i was thinking bout geting this cuss the dude wrecked his car and he is selling the motor and tranny.. i'd use it instead the stock motor till i get my money for my big motor!!! so what do you all think?????????????

what? you mean the carbureted 1.8 single cam 12v????
put in a crx si? SI???? man, not worth it. you'd probably(i'm just assuming) have to get the tranny too and it ain't worth it at all. 100hp, having to change the fuel system to carb, limited tunability and that ghey ghey ghey cvcc valve. not worth at all. why don't you just get the older integra motor. they come pretty darn cheap because no one wants them.

i've got an 84 prelude with that same motor and it is a piece of crap. 100hp. that is it, not worth the time to even take it out. and the fabrication that would go along with installing one in your car. it really would be a waste of your time and money.

i'm not trying to be a dick. i'm just trying to help you make a better decision in another direction. save up for your other motor and buy it a piece at a time.

Well that depends on weather or not you need interior parts or body parts or if you just wanna sell the parts for extra money so you can do the engine swap. In that condition I'd pay $300 @ the most.
