Default TRADE? 98 JDM ITR swap

i want to trade my 98 JDM ITR swap. runs like a champ. water pump, timing belt, spark plugs, the whole nine has been changed. could use a new valve cover seal, but thats about it. No grinds. Motor has been taken cared of and was only used for daily driving.

Want a D16y8 plus 3 racks. *edit i want a D16 motor with less than 120k miles.

**testing waters** any takers?
