nice phil. that turbo looks nice and heavy!
what is the notch in the flange for on the p/s header between #3 and #4? is it to access a plug or something?

Looking forward to doing something similar turbo setup wise. Fun to know the images in my head were not toooo far off :p.
Not going to be as insane as this... but now I'm a bit more ready for it?

Everything looks good, but damn i can't get over those collectors. I understand people won't pay for the expensive merge collectors, but on a set up like this?

space is of a major concern, most merge collectors splay out some and take up good amount of space. Normally, i actually have weld in bullet pyramids but someone in the shop lost them =T
This is just a mock up block- the real block has 2" spacer aluminum valve covers and ETP heads which are a thicker deck height- which in turn will place everything further out a tad and also kill more space. need this to be as compact as possible. as you can see its 15 lbs of **** in a 5 lb bag

i used to think the same thing. but if you really think about it, what do the baller collectors really do on a boosted setup? and really how diff are they from the stamped stuff. the 4 pipes all merge the same but the only diff is the more expensive ones have a point in the center.

looks like that will support some good power. What are the goals? How can it fit with taller deck than you buit it for though? The crossover will be too short if the exhasut flanges move away from the crank.
