Default Swap Turbos??

hey fellas,
i have a possible chance to pick up a different turbo to run with my setup, just trying to feel out if its worth it or not. I currently have a generic t3/t4 50AR .54 trim turbo on my All OEM built LS/Vtec making 340whp at 14psi. I might be able to pick up a turbonetics t3/t4 63AR (i think, have to check) .57 trim for 100 bucks. it was used for 200 miles on a d series vitara build then the guy went with a bigger turbo. should i pick it up and see how it performs? its only 100 bucks, but i also will need to retune my car ($300 at least) and i want the hp and overall performance to be worth the bucks in the end.
thanks for the input

well if its a real turbonetics buy it. if you decide not to use it can always sell it for more. it should make more power than the one you have on to. the power should and might be more smooth. depends

i expect a bit more lag, but a harder pull to the upper rpm range. mine starts to fizzle out around 7800 and i redline at 8200. i think i coule get an easy 10-15 more whp out of this turbo safely.

yeah. 7800 is a lil low to start dropping off. that turbo should make up the difference.
