Default Clifford 50.5x arming issue

Car: S2000
Alarm: Clifford 50.5x no remote start wired.
Issue: When i hit the lock button on the remote, it arms my car, then it'll arm it again by itself and my trunk icon on the remote flashes.

Any ideas?

If it beeps then a beep again and flashes the trunk icon.... you have an open trigger.

Hood or trunk trigger. The second chirp is a warning or error chirp indicating a "open circuit" or trigger as audioroach mentioned. The blue wire on the Clifford is trunk/multiplex input, ensure that any sensors or triggers on that circuit are connected properly or all triggers are closed.
