I have gsr seats in my ek.. If I can find a picture of them I will show you..
I took my old civic rear seats, removed the fabric from it so that its just a metal frame.
Next I took some leather gsr rear seats, removed the leather from it so its just the metal frame.
I interchanged them, meaning I switched metal frames with one another and used zip ties to hold them. Therefore they are basically stock civic seats with gsr leather.
As for the bottom seat, you should find some gsr sedan leather seats because they are more fuller and wider. I am using the 2 door gsr bottom seats. Works fine but has about a 2 inch gap on each side.

Top wont bolt into the lock that holds it. Your going to need to modify your stock civic seats like I stated above. And yes the 4 door teggy bottom seats work best.. but good luck on finding some that are black leather.. believe me I tried
^^^^ see the ugly gaps you get from the bottom seats? and I put extra pillows under there besides the middle part.. thats why the sedan 4 door leather seats are way better. but good luck finding them
alright thanks im gonna c if im lucky and find some nice 4 door seats i saw one at the junk yard yesterday just didnt check for seats ill go this weeks thanks ofr the help guys
FWIW, it took me months when I had my LS Sedan to find rear leather seats. And they weren't cheap.
I just got a set of leathers for my EK, but had to trade my stock seats to the kid who sold them to me. I was thinking of taking the center tab that the seats "bolt" into out of my car and tack welding the one from my buddy's EG drag car in, rather than having to go buy stock cloth seats from the wrecking yard to just rip apart, but I am also working on a deal for some RSX fronts/rears so I may not have to do any of that.
