Default HID Help: HID's start to light up then shut off...

Okay, so the wire harness looks like so...

I wired the red to the top and black wire to the right. Turned on the lights and it was staying on. I then turned it off (and dont ask why i decided to switch) but then I put the black wire to the left just to see what would happen. It stuttered on then shut off. Now I cant get it back to staying on again even after swapping the black wire to the right side again.

I plugged my original halogens in and they work. So its not a fuse. Did I screw the ballast/bulb of the HIDS? This wouldnt make sence wither b/c I took the 2nd ballast/bulb and wired it the 'correct' way and it shuts off as well.

thanks

i think the bottom right is constant 12v. top is lo beam ground and bottom left should be hi beam ground. put your red into the bottom right and your black into the top (i think this is the case, might wanna check it with a multimeter just to make sure...i am certain bottom left is hi beam ground). that will be a temporary fix, but I highly recommend running a wire harness with a relay to protect your wires. your ballasts crank a ton of current on startup, that could fry your wires
