Default Left front wheel is humminng at 50-65mph.

I have a 97 Prelude with 135k and the left front wheel is humming at 50-65mph. I recently, had all the wheel balanced. Also, I swapped the left front with the left rear and the noise is still there. I have no clue what's causing this so any input is welcome.
Thanks..

Humming? could be a bad wheel bearing but usually they whine/roar louder as you accelerate higher. That wheel bearing doesn't have to be loose either to be humming/roar/whine.
