that is a very vague question.

would you like to narrow that down a little? perhaps by bodystyle? after all you have like what...8 or 9 generations of the civic.

which one is better? well that depends on what you're looking for in your vehicle.

do you want power windows, moonroof etc.?

most civic's (older ones) come with a D series engine. and they all get around the same mpg, give or take a few. some civic's come with a b series or even k series now-a-days, those will get less gas mileage and give you more power.
