Default 90si tranny in 98?

Im swapping a zc out of a 98jdm civic into my 90si. It seems to basically be a stock swap. Im using my old intake mani, harness and ecu. Id like to use my old cable tranny. Will it work. The new engine doesnt appear to have any bolts on the flywheel for the clutch and whatnot. I know I'm an idiot. Please someone tell me what im missing.
