Default New setup question b18 to b20. b16 tranny. Is it worth it?

Whats up HT I recently purchased a 92 EG hatch. The current motor is a B18B w/ a b16a2 tranny. The car feels super torquey and it gets up and goes when I accelerate, problem is Im already pretty bored with it.

My initial goal was to go ls/vtec but every one and there mother is running an lsv around here. So im thinking of getting my buddy's b20 and putting arp rod bolts in it(to be safe) and keeping it stock for two months.

Am I going to notice much difference from the b18? or is it not worth buying the b20 and just put the vtec head on the ls? Just trying to get some other opinions because everyone I around here just slaps junk together and thinks its quick.

thanks for lookin

Do you plan on keeping the b16 tranny?

If you keep the b18 or buy the b20, you won't get to tap into vtec... unless you ues the vtec head. Good luck with which ever one you choose.
