What mounts, Clutch and Flywheel are recommended for EK H2B swap
hi
im doing a h2b in my ek
orginal plan was to use an evolution industries kit but after reading some problems ppl have had with these i think im gona go for QSD.
I have an EK4 with a b16a2 in there from standard but i dont think these stock mounts are good enough and want better mounts, what mounts do ppl recomend? do i need to look for ek b series mounts or ek h swap mounts?
also what clutch and flywheel are recommended, i want a lighter flywheel than stock b-series
My enggine is a h22a7 euro-r engine, im aiming for around 220whp. The car will be used a s a dialy driver but dont mind something which i have to get used to but dont want no extreme stiff mounts and hard clutch either
Thanks

Hey there. A few of my friends run the Bisimoto H2B kits (Bisimoto and Evolution collaboration) with out any problems. Most used Action Clutch which has soft to stiff clutches. Even those that utilized other brand clutches have not had any problems with the Bisi H2B kit. I personally use a stock flywheel right now. My brother and his best friend use the Bisimoto flywheel. I don't know much info about them but from what I understand they are made of billet aluminum and are very light. As far as mounts, both of the mention kits come with mounts that fit very snug (no need to elevate the hood on ek or eg chassis'; it won't alert thieves). I hope my answer was helpful.
im looking to get fidanza flywheel what weight shall i get?
i can only find 7.5-9 lbs which is too light, what weight is recommended and will an excedy stage 2 clutch be fine with it.

Use Hasport mount or Innovative mount
Maybe you can use the Energy Suspension insert, but Hasport and Innovative is bettere way.
For the flywheel use the Clutch Master specific for the H2B use. They work whitout the qsd spacer.
For the axles use the DSS 2.9
The H22A7 is the better H-series engine.
