I have a set of different axles on my car but they have an upgraded outer hub and huge inside CV's and I had to shave my block a good amount. I didnt have to go so far as to need to customize anything with the oilpan but it is a significant bit of grinding vs a stock CV... I can post pics later since I don't have any hosted right now...
