Will a 4-2-1 Gymkhana Spec fit a ITR motor without having to be cut

What do you mean "cut"?

 

Moded in anyway to make it fit. Some guy has one for sell on his del sol and he said he told me he wasnt sure if it'd fit on an itr and i dont see any reason why it woudnt

 

Yes it will fit just fine.

 

if its a b16 header, the lower half wont fit as the b18 is a taller engine

There's a small chance I am wrong here, but to my knowledge Mugen never produced for Gymkhana spec header for the B16. It was always listed for the B18C.

 

my bad, i just saw that it was on a delsol so assumed it was b16

 

Just two other things to consider on the fit.

1. You'll need a JDM header bracket if you want to run a bracket.

2. The collector location fore-aft may be different than what you are using now. That is easily solved by adding an adjustable test pipe or modifying your catalytic converter.
