Default clutch and flywheel opinions-cv boot

I drive a 92 cx hatch with a JDM H22. I am looking to buy a clutch and flywheel combo if any and I was wondering what is the different between the pounds of the flywheel. I am not sure if it's lighter that means it's gonna spin faster? I am looking to turbo in the near future and I want something that can handle 6-10 pound boost, same goes with the clutch too. I am looking into buying the Exedy Stage 2 with the Flywheel Fidanza 8 pound.
Also my stage one axle boot is torn and I want to replace it. Do I just buy a cheap boot and cheap grease from autozone or advance auto or is there any boot and grease that I should get and my boots were blue colored if that even matters. Any info or opinions or past expreince is greatly appreciated. thanks guys

Also I wanted to add that If I get the Stage 2 clutch, will my transmission be able to handle it(The Transmission is a m2b4 lsd)? Does anyone know about the Quafie LSD installation on the m2b4. I am thinking able upgrading the stock lsd to the Quafie so it won't break if it does or do I need to upgrade?
