Polyurethane bushings

lots of people mention Polyurethane bushings but i have no idea what it means...can anyone give me any info??

They are replacements for the stock rubber bushigs that occur at joints in your suspension.

so do they give lots of improvement over stock, or none, or what? if it improves handling, then how much does in cost to get done?

Iproves handling but the car will feel more rough....

not just ROUGH, but if not properly lubed, it's gonna make annoying sounds. It handles great though.
