Default should i upgrade intake manifold and throttle body?

i am thinking about upgrading intake manifold and throttle body on my current setup.

currently i just have a t3/t4 turbo on my ITR (stock motor) @ 11lbs putting out 340whp.

i currently have on stock ITR manifold and throttle body (68mm or 70mm?) and am wondering if upgrading will give me any significant gains (15+ hp)?

or if anyone knows how much it should help would be great and suggestions on manifold and throttle body would be great as well.

i dont want to go out and spend 500+ dollars for a minimal gain of less than 10hp.

thanks

my thats the safest amount of boost i can run on my motor on 91 octane.

i am going to up it later in here soon when i change to e85.

just wondering if i should do these upgrades to get more gains before i go get the retune or if its minimal gains then i wont and save my money...

On a stock motor..those upgrades would be a waste of money; Just turn up the boost if you want more power.

You would def. notice a difference if you got the manifold and throttle body because you are obv. increaseing the air flow but on the other hand you would want to get your car retuned for theses modifications. Also what size injectors are you using?

If your going to get an intake manifold and tb, you should get the head ported as well to maximize gains.

Yeah I'm running 1000cc Bosch injectors. I'm just going to keep everything stick and just tune for e85 and hopefully be able to get close to maximum potential of my turbo.

Thanks all!
