Alternator not charging the battery
OK guys, I have a b18b1 car and was curious if anyone has ever had this problem. I'm not getting any charge to my battery from the alternator, but I had it checked at the parts store and it's putting out 14.7 volts, so it's good. I checked the fuses in the engine bay fuse box, and made sure the white wire from the alternator to the fuse box has connectivity and is tightened down properly, and still nothing.
Does anyone have any sort of suggestion that might help me get this POS running again?

it could be your rectifier. your alternator creates alternating current which cannot charge a battery, it needs to be converted to direct current, your rectifier does that. So even though it puts out the right AMOUNT of voltage, it isnt putting out the right KIND of voltage, in simplified terms. Now, I dont know that much about electricity, so hopefully someone with a greater understanding of this will chime in. Good luck.
Do you have a volt meter avalible? check the voltage at the battery with the car off and the car running, see if there is a difference, like romo pyro said the rectifier/regualtor is probably out and you need th change the alternator
test the battery with a battery tester... make sure the batt is good and capable of holding a charge, then start it up and disconnect the battery while its running and if it shuts off the alternator in no good..
