Can vtec be disabled in a P28 ecu?

Default Can vtec be disabled in a P28 ecu?

Hi everyone,i want to know if is it possible to disable vtec in a P28 ecu,if yes,could you please guys explain me how it can be done?Thank you.

why would you wanna do that..?? and yes it can be disable but i dont understand why you'd wanna do that?

It pretty easy, but my suggestion would be to just sell that p28 and get yourself a p06 for half the price you just sold the p28 for.. FYI to disable vtec you have to know how to desolder and solder? Go to pgmfi.org and look at an ecu pic and look for the vtec high side switches

get a p06 on ebay for $40 and you can sell your p28 for a $100
