Default LF a tuner!

I don't know any shops on a "friend" relationship, nor do I know anyone with a shop, dyno, or tuning set up..
So basically looking for someone in the chicago area, (I'm 40 miles west of chicago) that can do a real basic tune on my car.
Nothing fancy... my ecu is just tuned for a d15 turbo when I now have a gsr.
If anyone thinks they could do this shoot me a msg on here, or call or text me at 630-881-4712
Thanks guys

The two shops I am most familiar with are Pro Function and Suja 1 Motoring. I am looking to get my hatchback tuned as well and last time I called ProFunction, they quoted me $175. Suja 1 is definitely closer and I'm not sure of their pricing but they are great guys up there.

Pro Function Automotive
7725 Grant St. Unit 3
Burr Ridge, IL 60527

Suja1 Motoring
508 E. St. Charles rd.
Carol Stream, IL 606188

Your hatchback is really nice, I've seen nothing but riced out cars when I pass through Elburn.

Thanks bro!
I'm going to distance these two shops out from my house, I don't know where burr ridge is but carol stream I for sure do. 175 is not bad.. I'll probably give both a call tomorrow for a quote, along with one six in elk grove..
actually I'll call mark at one six first, and see why my car is still pissin oil after their valve job. RAWR
And yeah no kidding. I see nothing but rice in st. charles, elburn, and especially when I go to waubonsee...
there's a kid who left my class with me, and I was pulling out of my spot and he scared the **** out of me when all of a sudden he made his car blow up with blue neons from front to back lol

**** one six. they suck at building motors and doing any type of tunes. go to suja 1. my brother and my best friend just got their boosted k setups and both pulled great numbers. jason at suja 1 is a pretty cool dude.

That sucks to hear man. There is a thread in the other Regional Midwest thread about One6 and their isn't a whole lot of positive things being said. I've only ever been there once and that was years ago.

I've talked to Brandon and the guys at Suja1 quite a lot and they are some of the most down to earth guys I've ever met. I'm don't know any of the guys from ProFunction but hear nothing but good things. I don't think you can really go wrong with either shop, just stay away from One6.

If you lucky, you'll spot a few nice cars around Geneva and St. Charles. Here in Batavia it's mostly just douchebags with riced out Del Sols. Are you planning to go to the Starved Rock meet in a few weeks? I'm organizing a pre-meet in Aurora, you should make plans to come.

ya my buddy was a long time customer of one six. took his hatch there with built b20 vtec and mark took forever to get it done. finally like 2 months later he got the engine back from the machine shop and got the car running, and the engine was put together wrong so he had a bunch of problems. mark said it wasnt their fault because things like that happen when you race it lol he had the car less than a week and maybe drove it like twice.

Here is the link for the Pre-Meet I'm organizing. The Pre-Meet is mostly for all of us west of Chicago basically. But ANYONE is more than welcome to roll with us.

Nice. November 7th aye? I should be around. I'll take off work so I know I won't have to work that day.
Yeah rtboy10, I bought a distributor there, that didnt fix my problem I had, turned out it was wiring.. So I took it back had to pay a restock fee, and went ahead did a leak down and compression as well as fixing my wiring issue, he mark said we'd be even. I guess that was alright, about 180 for all that? Mark said more than likely my problem was my seals, went ahead did that now my head is leaky and still burning. wtf should of went to Pro function in the first place.
I was just there today, and seems like they got their **** together and they're nice guys too!
