JUST NEED TO KNOW IS THE TYPE R HEAD BETTER THEN THE B16 HEAD??? IM PUTTIN IT ON A LS BLOCK...

just double checking i did a lil reasearch and in a article it sais b16 flowed better but then the type r head was around the same perimeters sooo just double checking thanks

im pretty sure the casting is the same but the type R has bigger cams, valves and polished intake ports. I would go with the R unless your planning on doing head work anyway
