Default another o2 sensor diagnoses

Ok so I have the Infamous CEL 41. The problem I have with that is that it kickes on as soon as I start the car. And the ecu shouldnt even be looking at it untill the car warms up. I have tested the o2 sensor PER/ Helms and Haynes and it checks out. I also made sure that the sensor is getting power, and it is. My really dumb question is. Is there any fuses that could have went bad.

35 views and no suggestions. I have found that there arent any fuses that would control my sensor. Im just going to get another and see what happens

Code 41 indicates a problem in the circuit for the O2 sensor heater element. Have you done all of the electrical tests for code 41 in the service manual? For example, does the heater element of the O2 sensor have the proper resistance (10-40 Ohms)? Is there continuity to body ground at either heater element terminal in the unplugged O2 sensor connector?

The bold part i didnt do. I have the correct ohms. And Im getting power to the sensor from the harness.
