need help asap!! how to get alternator out?? i already got it off

Default need help asap!! how to get alternator out?? i already got it off

the alternator is free from the bolts and everything but there is no room to pull it out i've been trying for atleast an hour or 2

please explain it to me

pics would be nice even or a link anything

slide it under the intake mani and out from under the air filter

holy crap, i would have just took off the oil filter and risked losing a shot-glass worth of oil then to fish it under the mani.

ive always pulled it out under the left fron wheel (w/whels all the way left) always worked when i did it w/dohc zc, so i would imagine a sohc would be just as easy if not easier.... so maybe it could help others in the future?

if on b or d series take the lower alternator mount off the engine, then it will slide right out

I've had to get mine out before by removing the alt bracket from the engine block (2 bolts).
