Default noise coming from the back

car: 93 hatch cx
EX front brake and DA rear brake conversion (yeah, upgrade MC BB and PPV)with GC coilovers.
Sound brake noise (horn) when backing up, it make a sound like at only certian part of the rotation, but i could be wrong. While going foward, no sound, or sound while braking. Is this a brake problem or a bearing problem.

i would check to make sure your e-brake isnt too tight. or your rotors might need cut/replaced

E-brake is good, rotor and brake are 3 month old with swap. This does not happen all the time, so far I think it only happend after rain or wet.

I would really have to understand the horn sound you were talking about. Is it more like an abrupt screeching of metal against metal.
Bad bearings tend to make more of high pitch whistling noise as your driving so I wouldn't lean towards that, but it does seem as though your setup maybe a little tight.

yeah metal to metal sound but a low tone like a low truck horn.
but only when going reverse (backing out) and so far after a rain or wet condition.
