3m silicone
I've done it on my torque mounts. Makes a pretty big difference in wheelhop, but it does cause noticeably more vibration at idle and under throttle. I've still got some wheelhop, but I'm running all stock mounts on the other ones.
It's expensive though. I've used polyurethane driveway sealer as well with good results. It's grey instead of black, 1/3 the price, and is the exact same consistency wet and dry.

The 3M Window Weld is about $30 a tube at the place in my town, and they have to special order it. The other polyurethane (don't remember the brand... maybe DAP) is like $10 a tube.
And it's not silicone that you're looking for if I'm understanding you correctly. It's polyurethane. The same stuff that they make the expensive aftermarket mounts out of. Which is why I don't have a problem using the driveway sealer stuff... it's the exact same thing as the Window Weld as far as I can tell, just grey to match concrete rather than black to match windows.
