Reuse the original civic rubber mounts (doesn't matter if they were from an automatic or a manual, both are the same) with the B-series metal brackets.

ok, i have the integra metal bracket for the b18 transmission on the transmission, however the torque peace is not on the round part i had to remove it, the round part that holds the rubber bushing is sitting flat against the metal frame i can't get the rubber torque mounts on it.

What did you use for an upper transmission mount? Sounds an awful lot like you used a 5 speed upper mount with the stock automatic pocket mount thats welded to the frame rail, this will cause the engine to sit at an angle. If this is the case you need to buy an aftermarket auto to manual conversion mount, or cut off the automatic pocket mount and weld in the corresponding manual version.
