Default Torque mount question - 94 civic auto

i wanted to install a set of ES poly inserts. but all of the kits from ES say " manual tranny only".. i have a 94 civic lx 4dr with and auto tranny

i just want to put the inserts in the two torque mounts. i get a clunk when my tranny downshifts. so i wanted to stiffen those mounts up.

do you think the auto torque mounts are the same as the manual ones????

HELP!!!

the piece that actually bolts to the bottom of the frame rail is the same, the other part isn't. You can swap the ends of the mounts though.
