1995 Civic Hubcaps

stupid question but...

Are the hubcaps on the 95 civics supposed to go under the lugnuts? I just replaced one of my wheels and am having a hard time getting the hubcap back onto the wheel.

Stock wheel covers first then put on the lugs and tighten.

Yes. The wheel fastener has plastic washers that fasten the wheel cover to the rim.

Make sure that you remember to place hubcap in the position where you can access the tire valve.
