well my car doesnt start. when i try to turn it on the cel comes on then goes off(it throws a VSS code and a O2 sensor code) and when i try turning it on the battery light comes on and then the car just dies out and lights go out on the dash and all. so i wanted to take my alternator to autozone to get tested when im there removing my alternator i notice there is a dangling wire coming from the harness where the white wire and the 4p(or 3p) are and the color of the dangling wire is black/yellow. now i have this diagram of the wiring but im kinda dumb and dont understand it. so if someone can help me out that would be cool

also im am refering to the 1997-2000 honda crv service manual(when i talk about the wiring diagram)

I would need to see the pic but it sounds like the Alt isn't charging the battery and the battery is low.

Check whether 7.5A fuse #15 under the dash is blown.
