i've got a 98 5spd awd crv. 176k and its got a bad miss/studder problem.
replaced plugs, wires, distributor, cap, rotor, fuel filter and used fuel system cleaner.

misses about midway through a gear or if you have the pedal all the way down. Can anyone tell me what could be causing it? No check engine lights, or anything.

 

Check your valve clearance.

 

^^^and be prepared to either replace the head or some valves.
