building b20 vtec help needed

can i just swap everything off a b16 motor onto the b20 block without needing anything???(btw)will go in a em1

lol. no. you will need an ls-b20/vtec kit and a hole. Then you can add everything else from it. Use search, you will find everything you need.

Hard to tell without a dyno. Stock internals?
