Default ECU for d16z6 manual trans conversion

Just wanna know what compatible or best ecu that will work for a D16z6 when doing a auto to manual trans conversion?

Or if someone can direct as to where i can have my P28 auto trans ecu reprogrammed to work for the manual set up?

Thanks!

Do you have the close up view of the soldered part? You remove a diode off the rp18 and replace it with only a jumper wire?

Sorry, thats the best picture I have right now. you have to remove both RP17 and RP18, both are resistors, then replace RP18 with only a jumper wire.

Sure does. I'm running an automatic P28 converted that way In my '93 Si right now, no CEL

Do you have a chip on your ECU?

Nope. Just a bone stock automatic P28 converted to manual. Previous owner swapped in a P06 ECU for some reason that was chipped and converted to Vtec (poorly I might add, and it never worked right)
