Default H23 will not idle

Ok I just put together a H23 with H22 pistons and it starts on cue idles normal for about a minute, goes to 1100, then the iacv starts hunting. No CEL. Engine timing is good, ignition timing hasnt been set because idle wont sit still, but from any ping free location it does the same thing. The last thing im leaning on is the injectors being clogged. I pulled the P14 injectors and put in a set of 440's and it ran......rich @ about 1100 again, but no hunt. it even began to flood to death without extra throttle an no hunting. I dont know, I was also wondering if the FITV base backed out as well and is cuasing the high idle and then the IACV to compensate. Im just fed up right now. Any ideas?

Check for bad vaccum, clean iacv, and bad distributor. See if that help bro
