Default drag suspension setups, need alittle insight

so i dont have a car that has alot of suspension options avalible. i see alot of the guys run omni drag coilovers etc. what im curious of is since im very limited on suspensions, what do i need to try and get, right now im on a set of b&g full coilover with 32 levels of damping, when im at the track i put the damping all the way stiff in the rear and the fronts are maybe about 10. im unsure of spring rates on the front and rear, whats a good rate to go with? oh and right now my current car is 2700lbs without driver.

thanks in advance.

i was looking at his signature, assuming it is a cavalier......which is probably why he is limited in suspension chioces.

i have a 1g crx that doesn't have options. i'm using limit straps up front. they are helping a bit. i still do not have the 1.6x 60's i'm looking for but i went from 1.8 to 1.7's with the addition of the straps. i still have some tinkering to do like play with the pre-load on the straps and adjusting my traction bars. i'm also going to corner balance and adjust my ride height down a bit.
