ctr header with 2.5 collector

would it be ok to run the ctr header and fit the 2.5 collector on my apexi ws2 which is 2.25? would that be restrictive??

i recently just got my car dynoed with ws2. with my cutout open i gained 9hp. there was gain in the powerband after vtec

redline is with the cutout closed
