integra head unit mountl kit (help please)

integra head unit mount kit (help please)
hi everyone, i got it all wired up and everything working for my friends integra. its just that we cant get the mounting kit to fit properly, the mount kit is called turbo kit. Is this supposed to fit right in and be screwed in to fit tight and securly? please leave your feedback or any help if you can. thanks guys
