i doubt it. thing about those is that they sit in the bay like a rwd, so the tranny bolts to the back of the motor, and i dont think itll have anywhere to go in a civic. check out this pic of a type II legend to see what im sayin.............

yeah - i do see what you mean...i wonder if you could mount the engine sideways...probably not worth the trouble...was just look'n for a cheaper swap...but that is too much work...if i convert to rwd then i might as well just make a civette....lol ;-)
thanks.
thanks.
Hasport has made mounts for the J-Series and if you need help with the J swap, just use the search or google it. I'd post a link here, but we aren't allowed to do that. So if you need the link just ask for a PM.
there is suprising a lot of good info on the j series swap, but its not your average everyday b series swap, and as i understand require ALOT of work to make this work,
and your going to have to figure something to do with you hood, as it wont clear.

a j swap is about the same as a k swap. gotta relocate the tranny mount. but you gotta either keep your hood off or cut an enormous hole in the middle to clear the intake.
there really is no aftermarket other than intake and header.
but since hasport is making mounts now, more people will do the swap, and the more people that do, the bigger the demand for aftermarket parts will become, hence a greater aftermarket.
and just in case you might be confused, the type II is fwd

maybe it just is you, but it also depends on the mod.
