Default H22a runs to rich to idle

My h22a is running so rich that it won't even idle. When warm. No CELs. Its as if the injectors are just dumping fuel in. Does anyone know what is causing this. I fixed my IACv and Fast idle valve. The car runs fine from cold but whonce warmed up it won't even idle at all. The engine acts as though its missing.

-New Plugs becasue old ones were foulded black
-Wires have 10-15k ohms
-Rotor and Cap are perfect.
-Checked TPS voltage stars around .9 and go to 5v, full throttle
-
Any ideas? New engine swap. Maybe bad map or computer? The engine runs very rich. A vaccum leak helps. I was also given a different injector box but no difference.
